Registration Form

Individuals who want to join the convention have to fill the “ Form” and must choose the “Participation Format”. If you want to send an abstract for congress, please select “Abstract Submission”. All presentations are submitted for review through “Abstract Submission”. All the guests (visitor or participant) have to pay the registration fee. Congress briefcase including proceedings book, collar card and scientific program will be given to all guests. Only participants can benefit from tours and dinners.
